James Q. Hosler, Sr., 69, of West Haven passed away October 23, 2012 after a short illness. He was the husband of Carol Glennon Hosler. He was the father of James Q. Hosler, Jr., Kim (David) LaFrance, Christopher ( Rae) Hosler and Kelly (Thomas) Hanson. He also leaves 7 grandchildren, a brother Kenneth Hosler and sisters Susan Berger, Donna Main and Linda Micilizzi. Jim retired from Schick in 2002 where he was employed as a mechanic.
Visitation will take place SATURDAY from 10 to 1 pm, with a service at noon at the West Haven Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
