On January 12, 2013, at Anglels Touch Assisted Living, Ruth Scrivnor Radcliffe of Howard County, MD, beloved wife of the late William Thomas “Tom” Radcliffe, Jr., mother of Debra Radcliffe-Borsch, grandmother of Emily Victoria Borsch and Alexander Radcliffe Borsch, daughter of the late William A. Scrivnor, Sr. and Laura M. (Warfield) Scrivnor, step daughter of the late Ann G. (Warfield) Scrivnor, sister of the late Margaret Whitworth and William Allen Scrivnor, Jr. and foster sister of Harry “Red” Newmaster and the late Lester “Bunk” Newmaster .
