Condolence From: Mark Langton
Condolence: I worked with Joe and Roger Ward on the NYS sign crew before I left in 1989. I will always remember Joe as the best foreman there and the stories he told about his days in WW2. He was a great guy and we shared many a "morning glory" breakfast at the diner. I gained 30 pounds in two years but it was worth every ounce to be with those guys. My thoughts and sympathy to his family.
