Condolence: Your life which was you; changed in one day
With each laboured breath and heartbeat you are slipping away


I watch you rest in a deep slumber
With each passing hour is one less number
of time I can spend with you


Although the light in your eyes has faded out
and you are no longer home;
is extremely sad; but yet, this man who lays before me
Is still my Dad


I love you lots Dad and I will remember your endless teasing and laughter;
poking fun, celebrations and family time together
and a drink of Mount Gay and Appleton rum


Who knows if we shall meet again
And to all of those you leave behind
I want you to know
We have all shared our deepest thoughts
And will miss you when you go
