Abbie Gail Phillips, age 52 of Oliver Springs, passed away at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge on Monday, June 3, 2013. Abbie was born December 12, 1960 in Anderson County, Tennessee to James and Lannie Duncan Phillips. She loved horseback riding, bicycling, gardening, flowers, and spending time with family and friends. Abbie is preceded in death by her father.

Interment: To Follow Funeral Service at the Frost Bottom Cemetery in Oliver Springs.
