Condolence: I was so saddened by the news of Laura's passing. I met Laura when I was working at DHHS in Rockland. I remember her smile, laugh and her love of seahorses. Her license plate of Boss Hogg always made me laugh. Her love for Logan new no bounds and she was so proud of him. I was very lucky to have known Laura. The world has lost a beautiful, vibrant and loving woman.
