SOKOLOSKI, Connie – Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at Douglas Memorial Hospital on Thursday, June 27th, 2013 in her 65th year. Beloved wife of Frank. Cherished mother of Bryon and Kelly (Troy). Step-mother of Marc (Dana). Proud and loving grandmother of Audrelyn, Noah, Emma, Holly, Jessica and Jake. Dear sister-in-law of Mike Sokoloski (Karen), Rick Sokoloski (Lori), Gloria Sokoloski and Jerry Iudiciani. Sadly missed by her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Predeceased by her parents Paul and Lorraine Schaeffer, infant son Consto and her sister and best friend Tina Iudiciani. Respecting Connie’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
