Obituary for Alfred Merrill

Belvidere, NJ., Alfred N. Merrill, 69 departed this life peacefully on July 3, 2013 at Warren Hospital in Phillipsburg, NJ.
Born in Glen Gardner, NJ to the late Roberta (Banghart) & Eslie Merrill in 1943 Alfred was the only child in the Merrill family to be brought into this life in a hospital.

He was employed at Oxford Textile Co. and was also a truck driver. On September 26, 1964 he married his love Miss Pauline (Musick) Merrill, together they enjoyed life and started their family. Alfred and his wife resided in Oxford for 40 years before moving to Belvidere 9 years ago.
Alfred was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, crafts and his motorcycles. He liked to cook and vacation in Wildwood, NJ. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his beloved wife Pauline , daughters Pauline R. & husband Reverend William J. Budd of China , Raylene Cole & fiance’ Harry Winelander of Bangor, PA and Maxine & husband John Trimmer of Washington, NJ. , Granddaughter Kayla Cole and Great Grandson Carter O’Grady , brother Elmer and sisters Mary Lefler & Alice Staats. He is predeceased by his brother Karl.

Funeral services for Alfred will be private.
