Obituary for Mary Roemy Barrios Echeverria Jimenez
An expectant mother of twins, She passed away on September 23rd at Mt. Auburn Hospital in Cambridge as a result of injuries sustained in a tragic accident. She was 19 years of age. Born in Cambridge, she was a student at the Shurtleff School until her family relocated to Pennsylvania when she was 6 years old. She continued her education in Chambersburg, where she attended both elementary and High School. While residing in PA, she attended Iglesia Rios de Agua Viva. She recently returned to the Boston area to continue her education and had been working at Winston Flowers. A wonderful daughter and sister, Mary enjoyed reading and watching movies, taking pictures and she loved drawing. She is the beloved daughter of Ricardo Jimenez and Leorminda Echeverria; devoted girlfriend of Brian Rodriguez and dear sister of Alexa, Carlos, Rebeca and Angelica Jimenez. She is also survived by many cousins. Funeral Services will be held at 5pm on Thursday, Oct. 3, 2013 at Mt. Rock Church in Shippensburg with Pastor Brad Stutzman. Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm on Wed. Oct. 2 at the William F. Sellers Funeral Home, in Chambersburg. Burial will be in Mt. Rock Cemetery.
