Obituary for Aaron P Schaefer

Aaron P. Schaefer age 42, of Fairview, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2013 as a result of an automobile accident.
He was born in Erie on May 13, 1971 the son of Geraldine “Geri” Mezzacapo of Fairview and the late Dennis L. Schaefer who passed away in August of this year.
Aaron graduated from Fairview High School and went on to serve in the United States Marine Corp.
He worked for many years at his father’s business Denny’s Auto Wrecking.
Aaron enjoyed fishing, water sports, playing dominos and darts and loved all of his pets. He loved spending time with his friends who meant the world to him.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by an infant brother Bryan.
In addition to his mother he is survived by a daughter, Nadine Schaefer, a cousin who was like a brother to him, Brian Mezzacapo and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Burton Westlake Funeral Home 3801 W. 26th Street on Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. until the time of sharing at 8:00p.m. Military Honors will be observed.
