MODERA GAY CURNUTT EDDINGS



SAN ANGELO-Modera Gay Curnutt Eddings, 85, passed away Tuesday, June 27th at her residence. Services are private. Arrangements are by Shaffer Funeral Home/Grape Creek.
Modera was a daughter of the Great Depression. She learned
self-sufficiency at an early age. Modera was born on a dry land cotton farm in Runnels County. Her parents were Louis and Glayds Hord. They, along with siblings Earl, Bennie and little sister, Wanda, and son Norman, preceded her in passing.
She is survived by Bill and Bobbie Wade and Kerry Curnutt of San Angelo. Also, Perry Curnutt and wife Leslye of Fort Stockton. Grandchildren, BJ Blank of Atlanta, Alexander of Fort Worth, Sterling Curnutt of San Angelo, Amanda Hanzel of Midland, Hannah Curnutt of Lubbock and Sam Curnutt of Fort Stockton. She is also survived by two great grandchildren. Other survivors are sisters Dalah Mae and Delores.
