Condolence: Hey Papa, my gosh do I ever miss you, your voice, your smile, the way you would spit and shift in your sleep even at the end. I’m here today because I my girls were asking about “ancestors” so of course I quickly brought you and some stories up!! Never a missed opportunity, Papa, I promise. You are just as alive in this house as you always were when I was growing up. They know your face and name from the pictures on the wall and the way we speak of you. What I would give to have just 5 more minutes with you, to formally introduce you to the girls that have gone a long way to filling the aching void you left behind in your passing. You would have loved em Papa, like I do, simply because they are mine. Everything else I have added to this message just seems like words compared to the real feeling. I miss you every second of every day, my first role model, my first “dad”, my first love. Come see me again, explain the baby in a blanket dream, and watch some soaps with me.... My condolescences of your loss... There are few words to ease the pain. and lots of words to describe the most loving husband, father and grandfather as well as friend this generous and loving person whom i had the privilege of knowing for over 20 yrs..

He truly accepted everyone he met and welcomed them like they were his own personal family as well as he did with me and my 2 children.

This man had a huge heart of gold and would lend a hand to anyone who needed it.. He held his head up high and proud no matter what the situation was and loved everyone and treated everyone with respect when ever we would show up at the house to visit..

I love u dad...U were like a second dad to me for so long.. i will truly miss u very very very much..as my kids will also..

My prayers are with the family... and My deepest sympathies to the immediate family.. whom i had the privilege to know for a long while and have never forgotten...
