Condolence: Sue and Janet - I have many good memories as Paul and Carolyn's neighbor. from time to time I would see her at Tops. I have the April 23 Eagle Bulletin notice and I've been meaning to write to give my regrets. my computer is upstairs and I am online very late at night. Jeff is unmarried and lives in cicero, he works downtown for Assigned Council. Judy and her 2nd husband, Rob Kelly have 2 girls. Clara will be 10 in sept. and Mia turns 8 July 13. We see them once a year. Judy still lives in Bellingham, WA and teaches piano at home and at WWU. On the wall in our living room, behind our Steinway, is the portrait of Judy that Carolyn painted. God bless, The Widrigs

Condolence: Dear Susan,
I'm so saddened to hear about mom. We met so many years ago, first through Bob Appleton and then the Downstairs Attic which was our place to catch up on the 'news'. She was a beautiful lady, both inside and out. She was warm, caring, and thoughtful.
I'm sorry for your, and your family's, loss. May you have a wealth of wonderful memories and stories to sustain you.
Big hug,
Marge Hill

Condolence: I knew Carolyn only briefly. When my brother, Lee, moved into Maple Downs 2.5 years ago, she became one of his first friends. Therefore, I met her thru him.
We shared some mutual friends and interests. Our mutual loved art form was opera. She graciously joined us, when we attended the Opera's holiday gala, "Chanson de la Saison".
She was a classy and delightful lady who will be sorely missed.

Condolence: Remembering Carolyn takes me back quite a few decades, to a beautiful, roomy, screened-porch, bay windowed apartment on Cambridge Street that I shared with Susan and Marian and Margot. Thinking of her brings back sunny days in the living room, the well-appointed kitchen she was certainly involved in equipping, and the awe she inspired in this aspiring artist.
