I first met Ron in New York (Staten Island)as a Trekamerica tour leader. He was someone you can never forget. A great man, a gentleman in every respect.
In the mid 1980's I hired him as a tour leader for TrekEuropa. He led tours all over Europe. He was totally reliable in every respect.
For me he will always be "Ufta". He was a very good friend. Thanks for all the memories.
