The Avell Family

We will all miss John so much as he's been a part of our family for 9 years. It was wonderful to know his family and to watch him finish raising his girls. He treasured family so much - his family, our family, friends' families... it didn't matter, his heart was huge. He was always full of such great advice about parenting, animals, life in general... he was a very knowledgeable guy who loved to share with others. He had such a fun-loving spirit and an admirable happiness about life. We will always remember our fun outings together, our theater experiences with him, game nights, and what an excellent friend, dad, grandpa and neighbor he was. We know he was especially proud of his beautiful daughters, and we pray for their healing and for the healing of the rest of John's family. We thank God that we got the chance to know John and call him friend.
