The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Cynthia Lowney can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: I will so miss Cindy and sitting for a cup of tea with her...a breath of fresh air. I first met Cindy in grade 5 @ Webster Hill and remember going with Cindy and her parents to Riverside Park to celebrate her birthday. I thought of her yesterday ! She was always so thoughtful..always asking about my kids and grandchildren. She would remember them with a box of hot chocolate or a box of valentines cards. My mother came to live with us and Cindy would stop to visit both of us, bringing my mother a blueberry muffin from Dunkin Donuts. She was an old very special friend and will be dearly missed. She spoke often of her family with great affection so I feel like I know you. God Bless You ....Cindy awaits you in a better place!
