We just heard this terrible news by reading it in the Kansas Alumni magazine, and we are in shock. Mike, Barb, and Clem - I'm sure you miss her terribly; she loved you all so much. As you know, we go WAY BACK - all the way back to KU Marching Band and KU Symphonic Band in the 1970s. I have many fond memories of the time spent with Brenda over the years, and I so appreciate that she took the initiative to keep in touch and even came to visit us several times in Colorado. We will treasure those memories always. Please know that we are thinking about you. Brenda - you were a special friend, a good person, and a truly gifted story teller - may you rest in peace.
