Condolences

Condolence From: Dianne Renee Sprayberry
Condolence: Mrs. Judy, I just found out about Mr. Q's passing and I am very sorry for your loss. I had the honor of caring for him at Westhaven. I was blessed to have known you all for a little while and experienced his compassion for his family, his love for OSU and alumni and most of all his humor, even though he wasn't feeling well. It was an honor to care for him and to get to know you.

Condolence From: Jerry Curtis
Condolence: I first met Rowland in 1972 via our employment with S.W. Bell Tel. when I was transferred to Cushing, Oklahoma. The surrounding telephone communities were called upon to help the Stillwater Exchange during the O.S.U. school rushes and I was privileged to work with him in almost all school rushes from that time until 1983. In all my dealings with Rowland, I found him to be hard working, dedicated, and knowledgeable in the telephony field. We spent many occasions over the years working on problems in the older #5 X-bar office where he served as a Switchman. I found him to always be calm in times of equipment outages and dedicated to finding and fixing the problems. I respected his technical abilities, but more than that, I respected him as a very fine person. He had an aura about him that commanded respect. My condolences go out to his family...I know he will be sorely missed.

Condolence: Dear Judy Q,
It saddened me to hear of Rowland's passing, and then I thought, but he is finally at peace and of course with his good buddy, Larry. They are talking sports along with my dear sweet David also! This will be a difficult time, but it WILL get a little easier as time goes on. You are in my thoughts and prayers, along with your family.
Blessings, Judy (Janet's sister)

Condolence: Dear Judy, Terry, and Lisa, what a sad time these last several months have been for the Grandview Court families. Know that we are thinking of you and old memories like your family pets Sam and Cinnamon, and more recent memories of Rowland when he came out to help my parents install their Life Line. We are sad for his loss. Amy Cox
