Obituary for Kimberly Nelson
Kimberly Nelson was born to Rodney and Karen Ford Nelson on October 25, 2001 at Southwest Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Kimberly was the apple of our eye and spoiled by all of her family members.
Little Angels
When God calls little children to dwell with Him above,
We mortals sometime question the wisdom of His love.
For no heartache compares with the death of one small child
Who does so much to make our world, seem wonderful and mild
Perhaps God tires of calling the aged to his fold,
So He picks a rosebud, before it can grow old.
God knows how much we need them, and so He takes but few
To make the land of Heaven more beautiful to view.
Believing this is difficult still somehow we must try,
The saddest word mankind knows will always be "Goodbye."
So when a little child departs, we who are left behind
Must realize God loves children, Angels are hard to find
She was preceded in death by her grandparents; Ira Hendrix and Troy Ford, Sr.
She leaves to cherish her memory; Rodney and Karen Nelson of Nashville, Arkansas, Sister; Sasha Ford of Russeville, Arkansas, Brother; Ashton Nelson of Nashville, Arkansas, Grandmothers; Marilyn Thornton and Mary Pauline Nelson. 5 Aunts; Christie Scott of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Erma Nelson of Albany, New York, Darlene Cannon, Patricia Johnson and Charlotte Piggee all of Nashville, Arkansas. 6 Uncles; Ira Scott of Hope, Arkansas, Dennis Nelson of Albany, New York, Ronnie Nelson of Baldwin, New York, Ralph Hendrix of Texarkana, Texas, Terry Ford of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and a host of relatives and friends
