Mary Margaret Nelson, 75, passed from this life on June 21, 2016 at her home in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Her funeral service will be held on Friday, June 24, 2016 at 10:00 am at Strode Funeral Home Chapel. Strode Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She was born on January 25, 1941 to Charlie and Jesse Jenkins in Guthrie, Oklahoma. She married Eulas D. Nelson on June 12, 1959 in Guthrie, Oklahoma. She graduated from Guthrie High School.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her daughter; Leslie Nelson and brothers; Herman and Floyd Jenkins.
She is survived by her husband; Eulas D. Nelson, three sons Mike and Jennifer Nelson of Perry, OK, Doug and Lisa Nelson of Cleveland, OK and Don and Amy Nelson of Fort Worth, TX and 5 grandchildren; Jeneva Nelson, Mackayla Nelson, Michaelanne Nelson, Mackinzie Nelson and Newell Nelson.
