Condolence: To the family: "Arjay", as I called her, and I spent many, many hours together in high school. Both loving French, The Beatles, and trying to learn to be hip. One memorable Halloween, inspired by our common love of old movies, we dressed up as hunchbacks, and managed to send a dog running and yelping because we were so scary looking. Madge introduced me to Polish food and customs, and every year in Lansing, Michigan (where I live) I buy homemade pierogi at the local Polish Home and i think of her. I thought of her when I finally made it to Paris in 2009. I will always cheerish my memories of this smart, funny, creative and compassionate friend. Prayer for peace to all of you.
