On February 19, 2009 at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre at the age of 59 years. Dear son of Hedy Kosa McLeod and the late Charles Kosa. Beloved husband of Katharine Renison. Loving father to James (Cindy) Kosa, Daisy Kosa and Patrick Kosa. Cherished grandfather to Victoria Kosa. He is also survived by his brother Peter and sister Hedy. He was predeceased by his brother Consty. Charles and Katharine were married at Grace Church on-the-Hill on May, 25, 1973. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME – A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 25. A Funeral Service will be held in GRACE CHURCH ON-THE-HILL, 300 Lonsdale Road on Friday, February 27 at 1:00 p.m.. If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to The Odette Cancer Centre, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery
