I am Ron. the son of Harlen. I was diagnosed with leukemia in 2011 and on January 2014 I was admitted into Stanford Cancer BMT unit in California, to receive a bone marrow transplant. I was given a 20% chance to survive this procedure. My father Harlen, looked up toward heaven and asked the Lord to spare me his son, and he prayed that the Lord take him in my place, so that I may live an extended life! Pop, thank you, the prayer worked, even though it devastated us all, and now I am here to honor and respect you as I speak of your legacy masterpiece. You are alive inside my heart and soul, your loving family all feel the same way! Saying goodbye hurts, but I know you did it for me! Lord, put Pop on the tractor where he feels comfortable, and he will never let you down.
