Condolence From: Hope Paradise
Condolence: My Deepest Sympathy. It is so difficult to lose a loving Mother and friend, and I am so sorry you are going through that. It was devastating for me. But what really helped me was sharing my precious memories with family and friends, that made my Mom feel very close to me. I drew close to God when I was alone, and really needed someone to talk to, that helped me so much, because God was always there for me. I remembered a Bible verse that comforted me, Isaiah 41:10, it said: " Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious, for I am your God. I will fortify you, yes, I will help you, I will really hold on to you with my right hand of righteousness." How comforting I thought, knowing that God really cared for me, that God was promising me that he would be there for me, that he would strengthen me, help me, and hold on to me with his right hand, carry me until I could stand on my own. Leaning on God really, really helped me. I encourage you do do the same, it really does help. I sincerely hope you knowing all of these wonderful promises of God really bring you comfort, and they give you the strength and courage you need to make it through this very difficult time.

Condolence: My condolences to Paula and Mary at the loss of your mother, Gwen. I have fond memories as a teenager at your home. Your mother was always so welcoming,so gracious and elegant. She certainly lived a long life and I'm glad you were able to enjoy her into her nineties. I know you were both a joy to her and comfort when your father passed away. With heartfelt sympathy.
