Obituary for Carl Henry Jones
Mr. Carl Henry Jones, 60, of Albany, passed away December 6, 2016, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at Hall and Hall Funeral Home on Saturday, December 10th at 4:00 P.M. with Rev. Terry Siniard and Mr. Walter Jones III officiating.
Mr. Jones was born in Chicago, IL to Dorothy Carter Jones and the late Walter Jones Jr. on April 10, 1960.
Carl was currently employed at Pic-N-Sav and had also worked as a Paramedic. He enjoyed racing cars and playing basketball as well as drawing in his free time. Carl was a member of Sunnyside Baptist Church and will be remembered as a loving son, brother, father, and grandfather.
Mr. Jones is survived by his wife Marquita Jones of Albany; his daughter Danielle Jones of Las Vegas; his mother Dorothy Jones of Albany; his brother and sister-in-law Walter & Joyce Jones III, of Chicago; his sister and brother-in-law Valencia & Darrin West, of Albany; and his grandson Brandon Brown. Along with his father, Carl is preceded in death by his daughter, Divinity Jones.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 6, from 2:30 P.M. until the funeral hour.
