Carl H.  Seidel
Carl H. Seidel, 68 passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at McLaren Hospital in Flint. Carl was born on January 15, 1948 in Saginaw County the son of Frank & Esther (Ludlum) Seidel. He graduated from Ovid-Elsie High School in 1967 and on October 3, 1970 me married Patricia A. Wilson in St. Johns, MI. Carl was a farmer and worked for several years at Applebee Oil Co. in Ovid. He loved being a farmer, being with the grandchildren and vacations, especially going to Florida.
Carl is survived by his wife Pat, sons Jeff (Kim) Seidel of Ovid, Greg (Sonya) Seidel of Owosso and daughter Kelly (Carl) Strnad of Bannister. Grandchildren, Daniel, Maranda, Kaylee, Mikala Seidel and Samantha Strnad.
Brother George (Carol) Seidel of Ovid.
Carl was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Walter.
Funeral services will be held at Keck-Coleman Funeral Home in St. Johns on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. with Dr. Bryan Salminen officiating. The family will receive friends and relatives at the funeral home on Monday, December 12, 2016, 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Memorials may be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
