Condolences

Condolence From: Dave Hannah
Condolence: I am saddened by the loss of Jay Hensley, a passionate advocate of our chimney sweep trade. My family relationship goes back three decades. One of my best memories of Jay was when she road from Washington, DC NCSG Convention to visit her son in VT. We talked shop all the way until I dropped Jay off in VT. She loved our industry and gave a special recognition to our Massachusetts Chimney Sweep Guild in many articles through the years. She will live in our hearts and minds forever loved. Dave Hannah

Condolence: It is with sorrow we find that this lovely lady has passed from our world. We express our Condolences to her family.
Our family will always remember the time you spent a week with us at our home in Canada back in the early 90's. We had such a wonderful time.My daughter took a real shine to you Jay, and whenever she sees a Curly Horse she thinks of you.
Your contributions to the Sweeping Industry will always be treasured and remembered.
To a wonderful lady, friend and comrade in soot.
You will be remembered.

Condolence From: Jerry Isenhour
Condolence: To all of the members of Jay's family, she is remembered and her passing is felt by many of us in the chimney sweep industry of which she was such a part of for so many years. She helped us to communicate with each other, she enable our education to grow in the time before the Internet, facebook and others ways that make this communication so easy today, we watched out mailboxes each and every month for her magazine to show up, and we read them from cover to cover, the vast majority in my own library to this day. Please know my sympathies and the sympathies of many others are with you in this time. May each of you fiund the peace you will need today, and in the days ahead, and know that she made a difference to so many of us.
