Jela (Mazic) Kulic
December 29, 2016. Jela passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at age 82. She is survived by her four children, Janja Ivakovic, Kata (Milan) Cirkovic, Ivo (Maureen) Kulic, and Luca (Daniel J.) Casey; her grandchildren, Zarko, Marijana (deceased), Goran, Vedrana and Vedran, Dario, Mary Lu (deceased), and Anna Lucy; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rado; brothers, Rafo, Stjepan and Tomo Mazic; and sisters, Ana Ivakovic, Ana Peric, and Kata Ivakovic.

Jela was a beloved mother, a devout Catholic, and a creative seamstress whose hands created hundreds of crocheted doilies for family and friends. Mamo Jela’s infectious smile and joyful laughter helped all of us to see the importance of family, friends and love of our God.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, January 3 at 10 AM at Peace of Christ Parish at St. John the Evangelist Church, 553 Humboldt Street, Rochester 14610.
