Obituary for Rose Ann Devlin Farness
Rose Ann Devlin Farness age 69 of Burbank CA passed away peacefully on December 29th in Beaverton OR.
She was born February 15th 1947 and raised in Burbank CA. Rose Graduated in 1965 from Providence High School. In 1969 she graduated college from Immaculate Heart and upon graduation became a teacher.
On October 27th 1972 she married the love of her life Terry O. Farness in Tigard OR. They resided in Hillsboro OR, where she worked for Kaiser Permanente as an administrative assistant until her retirement.
One of her favorite activities was to watch her husband Terry and sons Hal and Ed race at Portland Speedway.
Family made Rose the happiest. Being with her children and grandchildren and watching their sporting activities always put a smile on her face.
Rose loved to collect dolls as well as precious moments figurines.
Survivors include:
Elizabeth Liggett (sister), Veronica Schouler (aunt), Hal Farness (son), Ed Farness (son), Terry Farness (step son), and Donna Evenhus (step daughter), 14 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
