Condolence: Dear Adrian, I am so very shocked and saddened to hear about your Dad. He was a very special person who always had a smile and kind word for everyone he met. He would always compliment us as teachers for your success but I know you are the direct result of a truly amazing dad. I remember how he enjoyed coming in to share his characters and stories with our class. He was a natural storyteller! I will be keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers during these terribly difficult days but know that he is always with you, watching over you and cheering you on as you continue to grow into a young man that will do great things and share your dad's positive spirit with everyone you meet. Please know that you will always be part of our SMS family.

Condolence: My sweet Adrian, I am so saddened by the loss of your father. He was an incredibly upbeat and loving person. I remember him coming in to our classroom often. Specifically, your dad came in to help us out with Pumpkin Day. As the students rotated through the centers, he happily carved off the tops of each and every pumpkin. The entire time he was laughing, smiling, joking, and sharing stories with your classmates. He seemed to take on the role of " the cool dad". I remember thinking how he could have taken my spot as the teacher- he was a natural with children. Adrian, please know that you will always be your father's son. His spirit will live on through you. I know you'll continue to make him the proudest father in the universe. He made you the special young man that you are today. Please know that my heart goes out to you, your mom, and the rest of your family at this very difficult time. Thinking of you, Mrs. Philo
