Patricia Marie Osbourn, 66, of Gardner, KS passed away January 31, 2017 at Olathe Hospice House. A Celebration of Life will be 7:00 pm Monday, February 6, 2017 at Bruce Funeral Home, 106 S Center, Gardner, KS 66030 913-856-7111. Visitation 5:30-7:00 pm before the service at the funeral home. Inurnment at a later date at Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, KS. Memorial contributions may be made to Johnson Cancer Research Center (K-State University) and Olathe Hospice House. Pat was born November 10, 1950 in Clay Center, KS to Dales Wilfred and Doris Marie (Sheely) Carnahan. She grew up in Clay Center, graduating from Clay Center Community High in 1968. Pat married Kenneth Osbourn on August 4, 1968 in Clay Center, KS. She lived in Lenexa, Olathe and then she moved to Gardner, KS in 2004. Pat worked as an Insurance Agent for Thomco in Overland Park, KS for 30 plus years, retiring in 2015. She was a member of First Light United Methodist Church in Gardner and was active in the Bible studies. Pat was part of a Foodies Group and Bridge Club. She enjoyed going to the New Theatre Restaurant. Most of all, Pat loved to attend all her grandchildren’s activities and sporting events. She will be dearly missed by family and friends.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her children: Kimberly and Ed Komorek of Olathe, KS, Christopher Osbourn of Gardner, KS and Kendra and Daniel O’Brien of Kansas City, MO; sister, Debra Brown of Concordia, KS; six grandchildren: Dalton, Allison, Walter, Ethan, Michela and Karmela and former husband, Kenneth of Olathe, KS.
