Arthur Ross ""Skip"" Todd III
Arthur Ross Todd III age 67, of Mantua passed away Sunday, February 5th, 2017 in Woodbury. Arthur formerly worked in construction and concrete. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Vietnam.
Arthur is survived by his wife Phyllis(nee Doto), his children Summer Wicks, Brian (Melissa), Michael, and Patrick, his grandchildren Natalie, Emily, Samantha, Ruby, and Timothy, and siblings Paul (Marie) Todd, Francine (late James), and Scott (Joyce) Stephens.
