Carlos Ivan Rubert,26, of Dover, Delaware died February 10, 2017 in his sleep like the angel he was. He was born May 6, 1990 in Queens, New York, the son of Roselyn Figeroa. He attended Dover High School in 2010, where he loved to sing the National Anthem.
Carlos attended C.E.R.T.S, Inc. adult action center in Smyrna, Delaware.
Carlos is survived by his mother Roselyn and stepfather Jose, his grandmother, Rosa Ramos and grandfather, Nelson Figueroa. He also leaves his Aunt Grisell and Uncle Fabian Rodriguez of Delaware and his Uncle Michael of Chicago. He is also survived by his cousins, Fabian, Jr. (20), Anastasia (17), Jaylene (16) Mykah (13), Christian (15), Elias (16) and his stepbrothers, Joey (32) and Nick (27) with his stepsister, Cynthia (25) and nephews Joey, Jr. (11), Jayden (9) and Nazir (5).
