Condolence: Mr. Bertrand was a very caring and warm human being. He taught my daughter at Caldwell St. School many years ago. Years later whenever he would bump into her on the street, he would always stop to ask her how she was doing and what she was up to. He cared for his students long past his teaching days. He will be missed by many.
