I had the privilege of meeting Chuck through work, and even though I only spent a few months with him and his co-workers in the Dallas call center, Chuck made a lasting impression on me. Anyone who met him would never forget him, he made certain of that through his unique personality. What a great guy with a great heart, my condolensces to his family and friends.
