Pryor Funeral Home has had the great honor of serving the East Bank community as a trusted funeral home since 1891, providing the highest level of professional services and care. All contracts for funeral services, cremation services and/or merchandise made with Pryor Funeral Home will be fully honored by Cunningham, Parker and Johnson Funeral Home, or Long and Fisher Funeral Home and may also, at your sole discretion, be transferred by you to any of the other licensed funeral establishments throughout West Virginia. Services can still be held in your respected communities at the family's church or community forum.

Any remaining payments owed under your contract should be made payable to Cunningham Parker & Johnson Funeral Home or Long and Fisher Funeral Home. If your contract is funded with a trust, the funds required to be trusted will continue to be held in trust with the same trustee. If your contract is funded by life insurance, it will continue to be funded by the same life insurance company that issued the policy and any payments remaining under your contract will be remitted to the insurance company for payment of premiums.

The closing of Pryor Funeral Home and transfer to Cunningham Parker & Johnson Funeral Home or Long and Fisher Funeral Home will increase the resources available to service your contract. Either Cunningham Parker & Johnson Funeral Home or Long and Fisher Funeral Home can help create a beautiful tribute for you or your loved one and also provide guidance and suggestions on the many decisions that need to be made when planning a funeral, cremation, memorial, celebration of life and/or burial service. Cunningham Parker & Johnson Funeral Home or Long and Fisher Funeral Home both take pride in meeting the specific, and sometimes unique needs of each and every family.
