Condolence: Our family lived in the Watkins Glen area some years ago when I served as Schuyler Count 4-H agent. I got to know Penny when I sang in the choir at St. Mary's of the Lake Church. I hold the memory of this time as a once in a lifetime experience that cannot be duplicated. It was wonderful. I remember Penny as a free spirit who could make a piano come to life. Her music and christian spirit was very inspirational
