Margaret Oatts Barker,96, of Dayton, OH passed away on
March 25, 2017. Margaret was born on July 20, 1920 in
Monticello, KY. She is preceded in death by her husband
Charles Ray Barker of 67 years, her parents Dave and Bess
Oatts, sisters Nell and Emma Oatts, and her brothers Shell
and Lewis Oatts. Margaret is survived by her daughters
Priscilla (Tom) George of FL and Phyllis Rae Barker of
Dayton, OH. The family will receive friends and loved ones
on Friday, March 31 at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home
from 11:30-12:30pm. A service will be held immediately
after the visitation at 12:30pm. Memorial contributions
can be made to the First Baptist Church Memorial Fund of
