The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Piney Martin can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: What a sad day in hearing that Piney had passed away. Boy what memories I have of Piney. Thanks to Piney I got to see & do things I would never have gotten to do otherwise. Piney carried me to see my first nascar race at the old Charlotte fairgrounds track. Mountain trips, Piney loved to take people to the Mountains and get them lost, boy did he ever get me lost several times. :-) Growing up, I spent a lot of time at Pineys. Robert,Danny & Piney Jr. were like brothers to me & who could ever forget the delicious Breadfast Francis fixed for us each morning. A lot of memories I'll never forget. To Danny, Robert, Piney Jr. Our deepest sympathy to you and the rest of the family.
