Robert E. Arthur
Funeral services for Mr. Robert E. Arthur, of West Monroe, LA, will be 11:00am Friday, March 31, 2017 at Whites Ferry Road Church of Christ with Rev. Mac Owen officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Calhoun, LA under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5:00pm until 9:00pm Thursday, March 30, 2017 at Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe.
Mr. Arthur was born September 1, 1940 in Augusta, AR and passed from this life on March 27, 2017 in West Monroe, LA at the age of 76.
He is preceded in death by two sisters, Jo Ann Thornton and Mary Thornton.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Cynthia Arthur; one son, Heath Edward Arthur and wife Carmen; three grandchildren, Caroline, Gannon, and Anna Kate; also survived by nine nieces and nephews and a host of extended family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Ryan Lee, David Bromley, JD Owen, Paul Stephens, Ty Lawrence and David Owen. Honorary pallbearers will be John Howard, Billy Downey, Charles Many and Rick Tonneson.
