Amichetti, Santo “Sandy” 81, passed away peacefully at his home on March 30th, surrounded by his loving family. The son of the late Achille and Antoinette (Ramunno) Amichetti and the beloved husband of Patricia (Fillio) Amichetti, Sandy was a member of the Massachusetts National Guard, 114th Medical Battalion, for 33 years as well as a member of the American Legion Post 39 in Arlington. He was a contractor by trade and the owner of Supreme Aluminum Products. Sandy liked to travel, especially to Aruba; he loved spending time with family and friends and he was always up for a spirited game of cards. In addition to his wife he is survived by his sons Mike, Steve (and his wife, Karen) and Tom (and his wife, Laura). He is also survived by his grandchildren, who are the loves of his life: Daniel (and his wife, Jodi), Kristin, Marissa and Trevor, as well as his brothers George (and his wife, Virginia) and Tony (and his wife, Lena) , his sister Ida and many well-loved nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Dominic and sisters Elvira, Mary and Delores. Relatives and friends are invited to visit in the DeVito Funeral 761 Mt. Auburn St., WATERTOWN on Sunday from 2-6 pm and to his funeral mass on Monday at 9 am in St. Mary Church, Chelmsford. Burial to follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Westford.
