Graveside services for Mr. David Lee Weaver of West Monroe, LA will be 10:00am Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at Carter Cemetery in Collingston, LA with Rev. Michael Sims officiating. Interment will directly follow at the cemetery under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.
Mr. Weaver was born June 7, 1957 in Monroe, LA and passed from this life on April 1, 2017 in West Monroe, LA at the age of 59. He served his country in the United States Marine Corp. and he loved to fish, motorcycle riding and NASCAR racing.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Marie Lynette Weaver and one brother, Ronnie Sullivan.
Survivors include his children, Jarrod Clinton Weaver of Katy, TX and John Jeremy Weaver of West Monroe; his parents, Marshall and Sally Weaver of West Monroe; four grandchildren, Caden Weaver, Jacob Weaver, Jackson Weaver and Jailey Weaver; three brothers, Donnie Porter of West Monroe, Jay Hollingsworth of Calhoun and Clay Hollingsworth of Monroe; one sister, Jan Woolsey of Flint, TX; also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
