Condolence: Mr Channel was my insurance agent. My policies were transferred from a retired agent. Once while visiting at the local hospital, I introduced myself to a patient. Mr Channel was a visitor and, although we had never met, immediately recognized me as one of his new clients. He had such a wonderful smile and was so very nice.
