Obituary for Michael Fredrick "Coach Mike" Gromko
Michael Fredrick Gromko, (Coach Mike), Age 48 of Alexandria New Hampshire formally of Norwich. He Passed away unexpectedly on April 2, 2017.
He was the son of Anthony G. Gromko, Jr. (deceased) and Mary Lou Gromko. He is survived by his children, Kaila Yvonne, Brianna Maria, and Anthony Michael. He is also survived by his sisters Cheryl Muscarella (Joe), and Toni Marie Talbot (Paul) along with several nieces and nephews and his extended family.
Michael was a master plumber and heat technician and the owner of Gromko Plumbing and Heating. He was an avid football fan and coached for several years for his son’s football team. He loved music especially the blues, and the Saturday morning cartoons. He was an outdoors man and loved fishing and camping. Michael was the funniest person in a room. He will be dearly missed by both his friends and family in Connecticut and in New Hampshire.
Calling hours will be Friday April 7, 2017 from 10 to 12 Noon at the Cummings-Gagne Funeral Home, 82 Cliff Street, Norwich Connecticut followed by a service at the funeral home.
Donations in Michael’s memory can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
