David W.  Price Sr.
Dracut, MA - David W. Price, Sr., 68, died Sunday, April 2, 2017 at his home in Dracut. He was the beloved husband of the late Kathleen C. (Delehanty) Price, who died in 1992.

Born in Nashua, NH on August 21, 1948, David was a son of the late Chester D. and Edith P. (Bucknam) Price. After graduating from Lowell Trade School, he worked at various farms in Dracut. He then went on to work for Lowell Stationery Company as a Truck Driver and eventually received his Class A CDL license and drove for UPS.

David was an honest and loyal friend who was very generous with his time for his friends and family. He was a devoted father and grandfather and would give the shirt off his back for any member of his family.

He is survived and will be dearly missed by his three sons, David Price, Jr. and his wife Irene of Merrimack, NH, James Price and his wife Christine of Toccoa, GA, and Shawn Price and his wife Cindy of Dracut, MA; his daughter, Cindy (Price) Christian of Dracut and her fiancée Dennis Cote; 16 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Chester Price and his wife Carol of Litchfield, NH, and brother-in-law, Marcelino Alicea of Florida; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Along with his wife, Kathleen, David was predeceased by his sister, Evelyn Alicea.

ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on SATURDAY, April 8 from 2 - 6 p.m. at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Avenue, Dracut. Burial will be held in the spring at Tyngsboro Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society; 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
