Joyce D. Scroggin
A Celebration of Life will be held at Ashford Apartments, 107 Ashford Drive, West Monroe, apartment number 2013 on Saturday, April 8, 2017 from 4pm until 7pm.
Ms. Scroggin was born December 29, 1929 in Monroe, LA and passed from this life on April 4, 2017 in Monroe, LA at the age of 87. She was a retired executive secretary with KNOE and Western Sizzlin for many years.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jerome and Mary Dana.
Survivors include her children, Renee Scroggin and Jerry Scroggin both of West Monroe; one granddaughter, Dr. Melissa Scroggin of New Orleans; also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
