Condolence: I shared an office with Leland from 1991 until his retirement. I will always remember his kindness, humor and generosity. He & I were negotiators for CalTrans when we shared an office. He taught me many lessons that I have kept til this day.

I just learned of his passing this week; I wish I could have attended his funeral services.

My deepest condolences on your family's loss. He was a great & wonderful gentleman.
