Barbara K. Shinkle passed away peacefully in the early morning of Tuesday, March 28th, 2017. Barbara was preceded in death by her father Frank Fader, two brothers Bruce and Craig Fader and her husband of 45 years Gregory J. Shinkle in July of 2016.Barbara is survived by her mother Betty Fader and son David (wife Linda) Shinkle, grandsons Juleaus (wife Jasmine) and Gabriel Shinkle along with grandaughter Araina Dent. She is also survived by two sisters-in-law Kathy Fader (widow of Craig Fader) and Tresa (husband Greg) Blakeley along with several nieces and nephews. She also has many dear friends that will truly miss her. Barvara was a faithful servant of Jehovah God for 55 years. When she was healthy, Barbara enjoyed helping to take care of her grandchildren when they were young along with gardening, and cooking. Barbara also enjoyed pursing other interests like playing the piano, crocheting, and sewing. Even in her failing health and it was more challenging to do, so she gave these things a try and also tried to teach others. She will be truly missed by all. A visitation will be from 1-2pm prior to service. A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at 1161 Bartley Rd. Dayton, Ohio 45415 on Saturday April 15th at 2 o'clock.
