Condolence: Tom played on the youth soccer team I helped to coach. He was a joy to have on our team. Tom was not only a good athlete and a good kid, he showed way back then his leadership and maturity. I was blessed to have both Tom and Jamie on board with us. Thanks Shawn and Jim for being great parents who raised fine children. I am gratified at all Tom accomplished during his life, he helped make this a better world.

Condolence From: Charlie Fashana, The Fashana Family
Condolence: Please accept our deepest sympathies for your loss.

Tommy was an awesome person, and truly loved by everyone. I have some great memories of growing up and playing ball together. He was my favorite catcher and later became my favorite policeman.

Our prayers are with your entire family during this agonizing time. Tommy is no longer suffering. He's resting in peace in his rightful place in heaven.
