Shirley M. Grosskopf, 89, passed away Thursday, April 13, 2017, at Rennes Health Care with her family at her side. She was born April 26, 1927 to the late Herman and Martha (Bolle) Kolpack in Mattoon, WI. Shirley was united in marriage to Lowell Grosskopf on October 18, 1947. Prior to Lowell’s passing in 1970, they enjoyed traveling. Shirley retired from her career as an LPN in 1984. Family was most important to Shirley. She also had a love for flowers and cooking.

Shirley is survived by her children: Loren (Cindy) Grosskopf, Cody, WY, Keith (Kay) Grosskopf, Larsen; Linda (Mark) Block, Neenah, Scott (Julie) Grosskopf, Manawa, Steven Grosskopf, Berlin, Larry Grosskopf, Manawa and Sherry (Tom) Kempen, Greenville; 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren, sister: Norma (Warren) Kramer, South Milwaukee as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Lowell and brother Marvin Kolpack.

A funeral service for Shirley will be held at 12Noon, Monday, April 17, at St. Matthew Ev. Lutheran Church, 129 S. Mason St, with Rev. Thomas Mielke officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 10AM until the time of service. Interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery, Neenah. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
